3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information in the following circumstances:
Service Providers
We work with third-party vendors who help us operate the Site, including hosting providers, analytics services, email delivery, and security monitoring. These providers access only the data needed to perform their services and are contractually prohibited from using it for other purposes.
Affiliate Networks and Card Issuers
When you click an affiliate link, certain click-tracking data (such as a session ID or click ID) is passed to our affiliate partners so that referrals and conversions can be attributed correctly. This does not include your name, email address, or other directly identifying information.
Advertising Platforms
We use Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) to run paid search campaigns. These platforms may use cookies, pixels, and conversion tracking to measure the performance of our ads. Their use of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Microsoft's Privacy Statement, respectively.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CardCompareHub, our users, or the public.
Business Transfers
If CardCompareHub is acquired, merged, or sold, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
4. Affiliate Disclosure and Tracking
CardCompareHub participates in affiliate programs. When you click a "Apply Now" or similar link, you are directed to the card issuer's website. A unique click ID may be embedded in that link so our affiliate partner can attribute any resulting application or approval to our referral.
If you are approved for a card, we may receive a referral commission from the card issuer or affiliate network. This commission is paid to us — you are not charged any additional cost. The card issuer's own privacy policy governs any information you submit during the application process.
