The Hilton Honors Business Amex is positioned at a mid-tier fee with complimentary Hilton Gold status, quarterly Hilton statement credits, a substantial Hilton points welcome offer, top earn rate at Hilton properties, an elevated rate on flights, U.S. car rentals, and shipping, baseline elsewhere.

The annual Hilton credits offset most of the fee for anyone who stays at Hilton properties at all. Hilton Gold status (typically requires twenty nights a year to earn directly) adds free breakfast at some properties and a meaningful bonus on base points. For business travelers with even modest Hilton stays, this card pays for itself before counting the welcome offer. The welcome bonus is at the high end for the fee tier — at the typical Hilton point value, that's a substantial chunk of hotel value. Strong choice for businesses doing meaningful Hilton travel.
