Revvi targets poor/fair credit with a modest initial credit line, a high APR, cash back at select merchants plus a small return on payments, fee and credit-limit-increase terms detailed at approval.

Revvi is part of the same "high rate at participating merchants" rewards architecture as First Access, First Digital, and Total Visa — different brand, same underlying mechanic. The return on payments is unusual and a small benefit. The realistic rewards rate for most users (outside participating merchants) is much lower. For credit-building purposes, the card works; for ongoing use, the Mission Lane Cash Back Visa earns more at the same credit tier with no annual fee.
