OpenSky Plus is the no-annual-fee secured card from OpenSky: no fee, moderate variable APR, modest minimum security deposit, no credit check required, cash back at participating merchants, reports to all three bureaus.

The no-annual-fee structure is the headline — combined with no credit check at application, OpenSky Plus is one of the most accessible secured cards on the market. The deposit floor is higher than the Launch's, and the rewards are still narrowly applied to specific merchants. For most credit-builders, this is the better OpenSky product because the no-fee structure means the card costs nothing while you're building credit, and the deposit is fully refundable when you graduate or close. The Capital One Quicksilver Secured is a stronger long-term card (flat rate on all purchases), but it requires Capital One's underwriting; OpenSky Plus has effectively no underwriting.
