The Imagine Visa is structurally similar to Aspire and Fortiva: category bonuses on gas, groceries, and utilities, a flat baseline elsewhere, a modest credit limit, a high fixed APR, a foreign transaction fee, and a tiered annual fee structure.

The APR and fee structure make this a high-cost card by any measure. The category rewards look generous but only clear the fee at high category spend — and at this APR, any carried balance erases rewards immediately. The credit profile (fair/poor) is roughly the same as Mission Lane Cash Back Visa (no fee, flat baseline rate) or Capital One QuicksilverOne (low fee, flat baseline). Both earn more per dollar without the high fee load. The Imagine card has a place only if those alternatives decline you and you specifically need an unsecured option.
