Costco Anywhere is the only Costco-branded credit card and the only way to pay by credit card at U.S. Costco locations (which don't accept Mastercard or Amex). Top-tier earn rate on gas and EV charging up to an annual cap, elevated rates on restaurants, eligible travel, and Costco purchases themselves. No annual fee with paid Costco membership.

The gas rate is best-in-class for a card without a fee; the annual cap covers most household driving. The earn rate on Costco purchases is unimpressive compared to other rewards options at the warehouse, but the card's actual value is tied to the gas rate and the fact that it's the only credit card option in-warehouse. Annual rewards are paid as a single certificate redeemable at Costco — useful if you shop there regularly, awkward if you don't.
