Strata Premier earns its top rate on hotels, cars, and attractions through Citi Travel, with category bonuses on air travel, hotels (direct), restaurants, supermarkets, gas, and EV charging. Annual hotel credit through Citi Travel, no foreign transaction fees.

For a mid-tier travel card, the category coverage is among the broadest — supermarkets and gas at the bonus rate is unusual at this fee level and competitive with the Bank of America Premium Rewards. The transferable ThankYou Points can move to airline partners (Choice, Wyndham, Avianca, etc.) for outsized premium-cabin value. The annual hotel credit requires booking through Citi Travel at a minimum spend, which is a hurdle most people can clear but isn't automatic. Solid pick for someone wanting category breadth plus point transferability at a sub-$100 fee tier.
