The missing welcome bonus removes most of the case for this card over its flagship sibling. If your credit profile qualifies you for the main VentureOne, do that. If you're constrained to this version, the steady-state mile-earning is still useful for a no-fee travel card with transferable rewards, but expect the value to come from the long-term earn rate rather than any quick-win bonus.
